“I was left stuck after another bakery had to back out on my order. DeMarco was the only one who was willing to step up on a short notice and help me. He made a horror themed cake for my wife's 40th Birthday, and it was PERFECT. Everything that I had hope to have done was done and I could not have been happier. From the black chocolate frosting to the raspberry filling that oozed out like vlood when cut, DeMarco showed that his expertise is worth my loyalty as a customer. She was able to make his favorite pie and hand deliver it to him for me!! I was on the hunt for butter pecan syrup as I didn’t want to keep getting it at a restaurant for $7. That’s a bit ridiculous right? I searched online for it and found all kinds of interesting varieties (blackberry syrup, anyone?) but couldn’t find butter pecan. So one day I wandered into this bakery with no expectations, just curiosity, and what do I see on the top shelf? My coveted syrup! Excited would be a vast understatement of how I felt. The only issue with Cookie Text is that their cookie cakes are so good they will totally consume your mind with delicious flavors. That being said, they are totally worth it!
