I would say the Blue Talon is a 4.5 star restaurant but I’m rounding up since Google doesn’t allow half stars. The food is very good for a small town location. We tried a few classic French dishes including beef bourguignon and duck cassoulet. The dishes were extremely flavorful and everything was fresh. The sauces were exceptional. Fun French restaurant in the heart of Williamsburg. My kids loved their charcuterie boards, and my wife and I enjoyed our escargots, French onion soup, roasted chicken, and crepes. We will stop back. Our waiter was really great, too. He was attentive and kind.
