“I went to order a large to go coffee and was told it would take about 15 minutes. So after 30 minutes I swung back through the drive-through to ask about the status. PATRICIA was so kind and accommodating. There was a miscommunication with a new worker and instead of simply shrugging it off or making it my problem, she was so kind and respectful, and thanked me for being so patient. She went above and beyond her job to make sure that I was satisfied as the customer. Many thanks and great job to whoever hired this lovely lady“
“My cousin and I visited this Panera restaurant to pick up lunch on our way out of Williamsburg back to North Carolina. I ordered the Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack, Dubai Style Chocolate Pistachio Cookie, and Passionfruit Paradise Energy Refresher online for a rapid pick-up order. Upon arrival, our food was ready to go in the pick-up location.
The bagel stack was fresh and absolutely delicious! The refresher was just that, refreshing and tasty. I did not care for the cookie too much. It was just OK. I always enjoy the Panera chips because they are crispy, always fresh, and highly flavorful.
We enjoyed our lunch. It was filling and satisfying.“
