“I went to order a large to go coffee and was told it would take about 15 minutes. So after 30 minutes I swung back through the drive-through to ask about the status. PATRICIA was so kind and accommodating. There was a miscommunication with a new worker and instead of simply shrugging it off or making it my problem, she was so kind and respectful, and thanked me for being so patient. She went above and beyond her job to make sure that I was satisfied as the customer. Many thanks and great job to whoever hired this lovely lady“
“I love panera but this is the second time I have gotten a salad and it was not customize how I wanted and it's Cleary on the receipt but not in my salad. It was corrected the first time but my concern is how many times is this going to happen and why the person making the food don't make it how it is on the paper to be customized. I love everything else about this place but if I pay for something I expect it to be exactly what I requested.“
