“This was a great choice for lunch today with a friend. Nice clean restaurant where my order was filled quickly and with a smile. Soup and salad was a great choice while trying to keep the calorie intake down. All around enjoyable experience for lunch, even during a busy time. 👍“
“I went through the drive-thru the other day and ordered the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and it was amazing. Definitely one of the best sandwiches I’ve had from Panera. Arilee at the drive-thru was also super nice and made the experience even better with her great attitude and customer service. Huge thanks to her and the team!“
“Last week I placed an order in store for three scones and 2 cookies. When I finally got home and checked my order, I was missing one scone. I called the store right away and spoke to James, one of the managers. He offered me a replacement, as well as 2 free bakery items, which I thought was very generous. Today I went in to collect my items, and I also bought two cookies. The counter person was very nice, and went to get the manager. He as very polite and accommodating, and took care of my order. Everything was as expected, and I left satisfied. It is refreshing to deal with a company that takes their customer satisfaction seriously. I will definitely be back soon. Thanks 😊“
