“I stopped by this Panera while waiting for my vehicle to be serviced at TireChoice. Although I didn’t place an order, I felt compelled to recognize one of their associates, Erica, who truly stood out for her exemplary customer service. She is genuinely customer-centric, and it shows in her actions—from opening the door upon my arrival, to greeting guests with sincere cheer, to proactively clearing finished trays.
Erica is incredible, and her warmth made a lasting impression. I will definitely return to this location, as it’s the kind of establishment I enjoy dining in—one where customers feel valued and genuinely welcomed.“
“Last week I placed an order in store for three scones and 2 cookies. When I finally got home and checked my order, I was missing one scone. I called the store right away and spoke to James, one of the managers. He offered me a replacement, as well as 2 free bakery items, which I thought was very generous. Today I went in to collect my items, and I also bought two cookies. The counter person was very nice, and went to get the manager. He as very polite and accommodating, and took care of my order. Everything was as expected, and I left satisfied. It is refreshing to deal with a company that takes their customer satisfaction seriously. I will definitely be back soon. Thanks 😊“
