“I really enjoyed the buy 2 meal with turkey chili and chicken melt on sourdough bread. Ordering was easy (with a person because I don't have the app), and the food came out quickly. The place wasn't busy around 5:15, and the fireplace was cozy! The 2 other folks I was with and I all enjoyed our experience here!“

“First time coming to this location and overall I had a good experience. The restaurant is nice and clean, good amount of tables, and appropriate time for the food. The only reason I took a star off is although all the staff are nice, this one guy who works behind the counter looks at me like I am bothering him when I ask him for a cup for my drink. For some reason this location doesn't provide plastic cups next to the IPads that you order food on, it is fine with me but doesn't seem fine to that dude lol. I ordered the Tortellini Alfredo+arugula with adding a half Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken +0.79 for edamame blend. I never know this deal: you ordered the Alfredo and just add 2.99 for a half salad or soup, which I think if I have somebody with me and not really hungry we could share it. The Tortellini Alfredo is better than I expected because I thought how good can the pasta taste from a more of a breakfast/lunch place? The Tortellini is firm and good amount of flavor, might need a bit more salt and pepper for me, the sauce is ok, just the price is too high(7.99, 8.99 with chicken). The Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken is super delicious. It is very fresh and the half portion looks like a full to me. The Chile Lime Ranch is very smokey and a little sweet, the masa crisps are still crunchy, with the edamame blend adding more smokey flavor in it, everything is perfect. The other thing that I want to point out is that they really need some heater. The season I'm writing this review is November and today is 30ish degree, and everybody include me had to keep our coat on because it is cold in here. Maybe it is because they don't have a door in between the exit (They share the same building and exit with the Chicken place next to it) so the cold air just come straight into the restaurant. But all this can be fixed with some heater. When it hits dinner hours this place got more packed, there are couple college kids cursing and talking loud, which is very disturbing. It's not Panera's thought but if you are trying to look for a place to do your homework you might want to come before dinner time. Also, they do not use Panera Wi-fi but the ODU Wi-fi so if your laptop or cellphone doesn't work with the school Wi-fi you might have to consider.“
