He was very friendly to the customers, he greeted them with a smile , he asked if they needed anything, he also acknowledged the customers. “I lost a corp receipt from last week. I could hear how busy Richard was but he took the time to look through old transactions for my receipt and then thanked me for being patient. Very seldom do you get customer service like this. Thank you so much Richard!“
“The food was very good but the service took longer than I expected. they were not very busy and it took 10 minutes to get our food.
There were also 2 or 3 menu items that I would have liked to have ordered that they didn't have.“
“So, ever so often I stop in to get a new creation.This time it was the asiago bagel stack.It would have been great if the sandwich had a decent serving of meat! The bagel was thinner than a regular bagel and sorta crispy. That was good. I also had broccoli cheddar soup but
the soup had thinned out by the time I got home.(I live 6 minutes away!) It just seems that the quality is suffering. They're way too pricey for that.“
