“I want to give a SHOUT out to Q he's the manager that was working today fixing orders I hope I got his name correct he's a talk black guy he had a red hat on today. He was very friendly to the customers, he greeted them with a smile , he asked if they needed anything, he also acknowledged the customers. And MOST IMPORTANT HE THANKED HIS CREW FOR THEIR HELP. i hadn't seen that type of customer service in a minute keep doing what your doing Q I hope Panera also acknowledge your hard work“
“This Saturday beautiful morning I was able to get assistance from Shawn and Anna on a sauce that I forhot its name and they both got on the speaker to help me we were laughing I enjoyed their customer service and they totally made my day and the food was 🔥 Fire, I pray they get a raise and I deal with them again!!“
“The food was very good but the service took longer than I expected. they were not very busy and it took 10 minutes to get our food.
There were also 2 or 3 menu items that I would have liked to have ordered that they didn't have.“
“So, ever so often I stop in to get a new creation.This time it was the asiago bagel stack.It would have been great if the sandwich had a decent serving of meat! The bagel was thinner than a regular bagel and sorta crispy. That was good. I also had broccoli cheddar soup but
the soup had thinned out by the time I got home.(I live 6 minutes away!) It just seems that the quality is suffering. They're way too pricey for that.“
