“I must say this location impressed me today. I've been to this location a few times before, but today was Excellence! Samantha was polite, kind, helpful, and just an overall JOY! He energy, and how she performed her role is a nice reflection of a great hire. More Samantha's will bring more guest... Panera pay attention to that one.“

“I’ve been ordering Panera over the past few months trying different sandwiches and soups, all has been good. I decided to go inside to this location the other day and ordered two soups, three sandwiches, and a latte. I will ignore the grumpy cashier who looked at me like I wasn’t classy enough, BUT I was won over by the staff and manager in the serving area. Being a restaurant manager myself, I was observant to the team work and friendless, family-like atmosphere as they made and gave me my order. The gentleman there who was making orders went out of his way to give each guest a welcoming “enjoy, have a good day” as he politely asked them if there’s anything else they needed. With multiple orders, easily the two working together could work well under pressure and made my order look and taste delicious. The bread was fresh and the latte was refreshing. The manager actually came around and helped me get a cup holder and handed me my latte. His customer service skills being excellent and welcoming. The trio I encountered, had me wanting to ask if either they were hiring or would like to come work for me! You just dont receive great attitude service above and beyond like this everyday.

The atmosphere was clean, sanitized, and welcoming. The restrooms were up to par. The bulletin board was nicely arranged.

Manager, you have some great team members on your hands and have taught them well. The woman servicing the front - well, there is always that one bad cookie. Maybe it was her bad day. Luckily, they swiftly gained back my business within three minutes by interacting and receiving from the bakery area. So I will just not mention her past this.

“I always come here almost everyday for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This place is very nice just to hang out. meeting friends or spend time with family. Especially winter time they have fire place. The customer service is very good. Especially michelle i really like her she always come and talk with customers or offer to take the plates. “Upon my arrival l was greeted by Christian. He was fantastic, helping me with the menu choices. I didn't have my glasses at the time. My sandwich and salad was delicious and prepared exactly the way l requested leaving out a few things. I will definitely return again.“

“Let’s start with ease of ordering from Panera. This time via their app. It was easy to use, they had a special offer for BOGO $5 off. Great offer to use in 2 Asiago steak stack, which is new on their menu for a limited time. It had real time notification that they ran out of red onions and you can click ok to continue the order.

The order confirmation came quickly as an email confirmation and a slide bar showing real time when the order is being prepped to bring ready for pickup.
You can choose to pick up at drive thru where you mention your last name, of pick up inside the cafe.
Mine was ready when it indicated it would be.
The bagels came toasted and was still warm when I brought them home within a mile from the store. They were proportion of steak wasn’t stingy. The only criticism I have is that they should have substituted the red onion with something else that would have given the crunch needed against the vegetable cream cheese spread. The steak wasn’t as spicy as advertised. But over-all still good enough, a 4 out of 5 in food and value!“
