“I always come here almost everyday for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This place is very nice just to hang out. meeting friends or spend time with family. Especially winter time they have fire place. The customer service is very good. Especially michelle i really like her she always come and talk with customers or offer to take the plates. She is very courteous with her smile.i asked her today her name that i want to put in Google reviews. This place is very clean and warm welcome from all the employees.“
“A few weeks ago, I posted that this Panera was tops in service, food, cleanliness, etc., outshining the Panera at Kempsville and Lynnhaven Mall.
They proved it again today. My order was for a few Pick 2s, one of which was missing the sandwich. I asked Quincy about it. He saw the order checklist showed it being prepared but didn't see it. He promptly had another sandwich made, full not half mind you, and I threw in a bag of chips. Way to go, Quincy! I happily told the manager about his service. Thanks, Quincy!“
“Upon my arrival l was greeted by Christian. He was fantastic, helping me with the menu choices. I didn't have my glasses at the time. My sandwich and salad was delicious and prepared exactly the way l requested leaving out a few things. I will definitely return again.“
“We actually have eaten here twice in the past month. The 4.99 (buy 2) deal is great . The first time we had no issues except it took a long time to order. The second time it took a very long time (however they were training the lady, so it wasn't anyone's real fault), however even after repeating the order back and fixing it several times - the order wasn't right. It ended up taking forever and our food was never right.
I will say that all the flies they had swarming all over the cookies and bread area was totally disgusting. I even said no to my son on the cookie because they have flies all over them. Gross....“
“Have been coming there for several years and the experience has always been the same --excellent customer service, very polite personnel, and the food is always delicious, with a short wait time.
I recently asked for the manager's name because everyone is so consistently friendly there and I believe it's probably attributable to the manager's disposition -- very personable, and he always speaks kindly to the other employees, and they all seem to get along very well… always a pleasant atmosphere there as they're working.
I decided that instead of just admiring it all this time, I should give KUDOS and do a review – so I asked for the manager's name – which is “Ty”-- and am now submitting a review.

“We had a slight problem with our order, we brought it to the attention to the server. She did try to solve the problem. The team manager became aware of the situation, she came over to us and apologized for our inconvenience. She resolved the issue quickly and told us she would talk to the staff. We were very satisfied and we do recommend this place.! Great job Jasmine Jones! 👍“
