I was very reluctant to go to a Panera again but did so with my Dad for lunch today waiting for my truck to be done at Beach Ford. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the place from the windows, counters, tables and carpets. (Yes, I look at that stuff) The manager & staff were great too. We had a slight problem with our order, we brought it to the attention to the server. She did try to solve the problem. The team manager became aware of the situation, she came over to us and apologized for our inconvenience. She resolved the issue quickly and told us she would talk to the staff. We were very satisfied and we do recommend this place.! Great job Jasmine Jones! 👍
This is always a great place to go and have meetings The atmosphere is quiet yet there's things going on it's a huge space so I always feel like whatever I've got going on at my table doesn't interfere with the next table
