“Recently visited this place for a quick lunch break one day. Even though this is a chain restaurant the staff was amazing, the food great, and the atmosphere was relaxing especially if you need to work or do school assignments using the Wi-Fi this is the place to go!“
“The Staff in this panera has been nothing but amazing. My son has been in the hospital for 2 weeks and every night the staff has been kind with excellent service and attitude. Specially the shift manager Abby she always greets me with a smile and by this point she already knows what I get. Her attention to details and care for her customer is what everyone working in customer service should aspire too. The staff as a whole take pride in their job and make sure the order is accurate and make it taste good. The only thing I would like better is the resupply on their menu because they run out of things late at night.“
“This location appears to have been recently renovated and definitely has the rustic coffee shop vibe now and a much more open layout. As you walk in you have the option of ordering on the self-serve kiosks or with a person at the counter. They had lots of fresh pastries and breads on display for purchase which was very tastefully done. We chose to use the kiosks to order some bagels and drinks to go, so once we placed our order, the cups were readily available next to the kiosks for us to grab to fill up and wait for our order to be ready. After a couple minute wait, we got our bagels, which were toasted perfectly! While waiting for the food, I did notice there was quite a bit of seating all around for various size groups, and a large patio with both covered and non-covered seats. Another plus to this location is that they also have a drive-thru if you don't want to get out of your car. My only concern was seeing a booth that appeared to be permanently taken up by the manager and being used as a "desk" as there were sticky notes all along the wall and all of their stuff spread out on the table. I feel like that should be kept out of sight of guests and not have seating space being taken away that may be needed at some point.“
“I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars, I order the Turkey sandwich , with FO soup . The soup was good but the sandwich bread was hard and chewy. I called back up there and I spoke to the manager. She was so kind, professional and polite .She took down my info and ask did I want a refund or do I want replace my order. I went in the next day to replace the order she was very polite and made sure I was good.. She also apologized to me again for any inconvenience . My shot goes out to Ms. TAMELA !! You don’t find good service anymore. She deserves an award for Excellent Customer Service ??“
“The lady behind the counter was gracious. The croissant, even late in the day, was fresh and scrumptious. They were out of light roast, but the dark roast didn't taste burnt. The ambiance is what you would expect. Clean, quiet, generic. I met with my friend, we had a nice game of chess and good conversation. What more can you ask of a chain coffee shop? I'm a devotee of local, but sometimes convenient wins.“
“Since moving to my Company's office in this area I've gone to this Panera location a few times. Today's lunch rush had an emphasis on the word rush. A lot of people wanting to pick up or eat there all at the same time. The employees making the orders were working through the orders as fast as humanely possible. My order ended up getting bumped out of the que at some pint but as soon as I touched base with them they got right on it.“
“Staff is always friendly and kind. The food can be slow to get made if you are dining in. This store unfortunately gets people running scams pretty consistently in the booths in the back. I like to come here to get homework done and it breaks my heart that there's always some amway person spouting off financial buzzwords at a poor unsuspecting soul under the guise of a "coffee date". I wish the store would do more to prevent this but I know they can't monitor everyone who comes in.“
“I haven't patronized Panera bread in years. The drive thru associate (young female, AA ) was patient and kind with me as I navigated through the menu and asked questions; I am appreciative and will return. I ordered the Cobb salad with chicken (or turkey) and flatbread pizza. I'm very pleased and impressed with the freshness of all the ingredients that makes up the Cobb salad especially the tenderness of the grilled chicken. It's a very testy salad, you won't be disappointed. The flatbread pizza isn't for me, the bread was tough and chewy. I picked the pepperoni and cheese off and was satisfied with doing that. However doesn't mean it wouldn't be enjoyed by another customer.“
