Panera Bread in Richmond

“They occasionally forget to add our dill pickles to the many sandwiches we order here. We order whole sandwiches! We love the 🥦 broccoli and cheddar soup! We love those Chicken Avocado 🥑 BLT sandwich 🥪. The bacon should be cooked crispy brown! The Tuna sandwich is a great choice, too! The only complaint is about the not so ripe 🍅 tomatoes! I love juicy tomatos! Love those Lemonade/Agave drinks! It's worth every dollar!“

“When really wanting the comfort food of Panera late night after getting off from work. There’s no better place to go. The food was delicious and HOT which is everything you want when other options available just aren’t as comforting. Service was top notched. To be open 24hrs remind yourselves we’re so lucky that they are. Will be coming back!“

“We often order from this Panera and have consistently received good service and food. Yesterday evening a pick up order for our teachers had an item missing when I returned to school. I called and spoke with Alicia who handled it with understanding and patience. She came up with a creative solution in which they owned their mistake and assisted me in making it happen. She even called afterward to make sure everything was rectified. Mistakes are a part of life- how they are handled makes all the difference. Great service response!“

“The soda was completely out for days. Fools would come in, not buy anything and picnic, eating thier food at a restaurant. Trash. My food order was taken by some rando one day. You go there because its a chain. The food was fine once it finally arrived“

“I went to this Panera for lunch with a friend of mine. She was buying so I figured I'd take her up on the offer. Although I did have some what of an issue here with the lunch I ordered. The management was quick to correct it and so I just want to thank them for all that they did to correct the issue and I want to thank the young lady who was the cashier which I forgot her name but she has long hair and a ponytail and glasses. She was very very nice to me and I really appreciate it her. She's definitely a keeper as well as the manager. Challenges are going to rise every single day of Our Lives. And it's how we respond to those challenges that really matter. So thank you ladies you are appreciated“

“I just completed a work lunch with a colleague and had to share my experience. The staff here are worth taking time to note here. I asked manager Rashad for the names of the two people I found most helpful. Tanisha was kind enough to notice that I was having a coughing spell across the restaurant. She paused making sandwiches to ask if I needed help getting some water. It’s not a major feat she did here, but it’s the kindness and the small gestures of humanity that we seem to be missing anymore. Just a genuine thoughtful moment that I appreciated. You could tell she actually cared about people. And, while Wahaid was busing tables - she noted I was going to get a box for my leftovers. She brought one for me, unprompted, and then took items away. Again, not an act that is remarkable in any way other than the fact she was authentically caring and took pride in her job. It’s nice to be in a place where people aren’t like sour robots getting through their day. This is as a nice experience 💛“
