Panera Bread in Richmond

“Omg I never knew there was a Panera bread by my job until my co worker said and I’m so glad I came I order the macaroni and cheese and turkey and cheese sandwich and all I can say is yummy so fresh !!!!!! The overall customer service was beyond awesome !!! I did to go for my own reasons due to me not to go on big crowds because of my anxiety but definitely give this location a 12/10 !!!!“

“When really wanting the comfort food of Panera late night after getting off from work. There’s no better place to go. The food was delicious and HOT which is everything you want when other options available just aren’t as comforting. Service was top notched. To be open 24hrs remind yourselves we’re so lucky that they are. Will be coming back!“

“Our flight got delayed about 5 hours, we walked in 10 minutes before close and they served us. They were so kind and patient with us. We spoke with Ronnie and YeLena and they were great!! The food came out hot and quick, the place is clean and you couldn't find nicer people. As we were leaving we saw a man come in who took their extra food to donate. He had at least 4 boxes he took with him. Love that they give back to the community! 🩷“

“Came in with a small group again today; mostly because of the service we got last time. A gentleman named Chris took our order, checked on us twice while we were at the table, & I think I even saw him helping out in the kitchen! Employees here are very kind. The food was delicious as always. This is my go-to for business meetings. Very clean and speedy service.“

“I went to this Panera for lunch with a friend of mine. She was buying so I figured I'd take her up on the offer. Although I did have some what of an issue here with the lunch I ordered. The management was quick to correct it and so I just want to thank them for all that they did to correct the issue and I want to thank the young lady who was the cashier which I forgot her name but she has long hair and a ponytail and glasses. She was very very nice to me and I really appreciate it her. She's definitely a keeper as well as the manager. Challenges are going to rise every single day of Our Lives. “I just completed a work lunch with a colleague and had to share my experience. The staff here are worth taking time to note here. I asked manager Rashad for the names of the two people I found most helpful. Tanisha was kind enough to notice that I was having a coughing spell across the restaurant. She paused making sandwiches to ask if I needed help getting some water. It’s not a major feat she did here, but it’s the kindness and the small gestures of humanity that we seem to be missing anymore. Just a genuine thoughtful moment that I appreciated. You could tell she actually cared about people. And, while Wahaid was busing tables - she noted I was going to get a box for my leftovers. She brought one for me, unprompted, and then took items away. Again, not an act that is remarkable in any way other than the fact she was authentically caring and took pride in her job. It’s nice to be in a place where people aren’t like sour robots getting through their day. This is as a nice experience 💛“
