I went in after a long day during my husband's surgery... The staff was friendly, very kind, my sandwich was fresh, quickly made and delicious... I had an excellent experience and it was much appreciated.
The Staff in this panera has been nothing but amazing. My son has been in the hospital for 2 weeks and every night the staff has been kind with excellent service and attitude. Specially the shift manager Abby she always greets me with a smile and by this point she already knows what I get. Her attention to details and care for her customer is what everyone working in customer service should aspire too.
