“My first time ever at panera bread though i’d try it since I was in the area and what can i say, great place, amazing atmosphere and the workers went above and beyond. I had the pleasure of being served by a kind young man named Kavan and he was such a joy to be around, I also ordered a pretty good bbq sandwich thoroughly enjoyed it see myself coming back here whenever i’m in the area again just cause of the customer service.“
“Never greated. Went to a computer to order our food. Would be nice to order sitting down at the table. $35 for two soup and salad and a hot tea. Advertise says bowl of soup. It’s a cup of soup. Have to get up to go get your own food. Then they want a tip. Why do I do all the work and tip you? Dirty fork on my plate. Don’t see how I can post pictures of our food and dirty forks.“
“I often visit this Panera for lunch, sometimes eating there and sometimes getting take-out. Most of the employees are personable and skilled, working fast to prepare food quickly and accurately. Carter was expecially kind on my recent visit as he made my sandwich and then corrected a mistake I had made when ordering. His nice smile, kind personality, and efficient, competent work in the kitchen was outstanding!“
“The manager, Kevin, did an amazing job greeting everyone, was very warm, and showed courtesy with helping me find an outlet when I needed one. The food was great and nicely prepared. The staff were attentive at the register and you could hear your order clearly. The restaurant was the cleanest Panera Ive seen. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you!“
