“I haven't been here in years, but I can see the change, and I can DEFINITELY feel it! I saw a lot of faces I've never seen before, even in the management team. The environment is much brighter than before. The menu is LOADED with a lot of tasteful options. I tried that Asiago Sausage Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich, with extra sauce, and boy...I'm in love! It sure is good to be back Panera Bread.“
“Katie is the perfect person to have at the front counter! She is bright,cheery, friendly, and just the right amount of conversational. She knows her regular customers by name and greets them personally when they come in. She was helpful when I placed my order, pointing out exactly what would be in my sandwich,allowing me to make a substitution. She is fluent in Spainish and English and easily switches between the two to personalize her customers' experience. She was a delight to encounter.“
