“Ever since boycotting the local IHOP for mismanagement, I’ve been coming to this Panera and having a fantastic time
The staff is always friendly, my order is always accurately filled, and if I ever ask for anything, they usually go above and beyond. I do want to give a special praise to Nyiesha who brightens peoples days with subtle acts of helpfulness, but the whole staff and management should be commended for building this type of atmosphere.“
“This is hands down the best Panera Bread in the DMV! I come to this Silver Spring location every single morning to get my coffee, and the experience is always fantastic. The staff is amazing, especially Ryan and Charles. They are always smiling, incredibly welcoming, and so easy and comfortable to talk to. They truly start my day off on the right foot. If you are in the area, this is definitely the Panera to visit!“
