“We’ve ordered from Panera Bread several times for larger groups (20+ people) lunches this week, and they never disappoint.
Ordering is always simple and straightforward, even when coordinating for a big crowd, which makes a huge difference when you’re juggling multiple details.
The food is consistently fresh and tasty, and there’s always a good variety so everyone finds something they enjoy. And one thing we really appreciate — delivery is always on time! That reliability takes so much of the stress out of hosting.

“Super kind and quick service. This is a smaller Panera, more aimed at a grab-and-go audience, so there’s not much seating but the pastries and all other pickup areas are a bit enhanced and more convenient than other Paneras. We went at a super quiet time, but I imagine it can be quite busy and a tight fit. The biggest trick is finding it. It’s down the hall from the food court on the lower level of this large building with many entrances.“
“I have been told by other customers at Paneras that the police are asking many questions EVERYTIME I go to Paneras.
I give it a 5 for food and service
And 1 star for atmosphere due to the police

“This is a very nice Panera bread my second favorite Panera in city second only to the Tenleytown one . Right near the Metro center 13 the st D exit. Friendly service and excellent customer service but sometimes the homeless takeover the restrooms and I waited an hour for a bathroom and finally walked down to McDonald's. They should have some way of enforcing time limits on resources like bathrooms no more than 10 mins. other than that it is a excellent Panera.“
“I was at childrens couldn't find Panera. Called the manager was very helpful. Once I arrived he was nice and attentive. Clean atmosphere. The food was tasty. I believe the managers name was Mr. Alvarez. He was courteous and respectful. Thank you for making my experience delightful“
“This location is perfect. I love Miss Vicky’ unwavering high energy and sweetness to everyone who walks in the store. My mom and I enjoyed her when she opened the store14yrs ago and she is just as sweet as she was 14yrs ago. I stopped coming in during Covid and now back as loyal club member. Miss Vicky suggested this zesty new item, the Asiago Steak Stack and OMG! I am a serious foodie, too. It was sooooo delicious. Wonderful value, fresh baguette included in my very filling lunch. She is a great saleswoman, too. She described it to the very last ingredient I had just been ordering an Asiago bagel and hazelnut coffee(which is very good). I love your Sip Club-and it offers amazing rewards! Cherish Miss Vicky bec she is a real gem. All of the staff are lovely here.“
“The manager was very generous to me and my family. We ordered vegetables soup on 4/7/22. However, when I arrived at our hotel with the food, it was onion soup. I didn't like. This morning (4/17) I went back to Panera and made my complaints. The manager gave us vegetables soup. Not only that, He went above and beyond. When I ordered breakfast wrap, pizza and drinks. He said it was on him. And gave us 3 chocolate cookies. Thank you, I think his name is Phillip for your generosity and kindness.“
“The guy at the cashier was so nice and helpful, I was there last night around 8PM and I made my order and walked outside to wait, the guy came out giving me my order right outside, even thou this location don’t have curbside pickups or anything.
