This location is perfect. I love Miss Vicky’ unwavering high energy and sweetness to everyone who walks in the store.

This is my favorite Panera bread in a great location next the Tenleytown metro & large indoor seating plus a nice patio.

Customers often appreciate the friendly service, with staff like Gabela providing cheerful and competent assistance, including quick service for fresh coffee, which can be enjoyed with a squeeze of honey and a sprinkle of nutmeg. The coffee tastes good and is a highlight for many visitors. However, the restaurant's cleanliness can be inconsistent, with some tables, floors, and bathrooms sometimes appearing dirty. Food quality is generally okay, but the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich can be pricier and smaller in portion compared to other locations. The Mac N Cheese remains overly cheesy and may not be suitable for those with lactose intolerance. Despite these issues, the staff's friendly attitude and the good coffee help make the experience more positive.
