For over a year, their iced tea consistently tastes AWFUL. No matter the time of day. The tea fountain container looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. At first I thought it was a batch that sat too long but how is it possible every single day and time (morning, afternoon, and evening)?

Please be careful with your drinks. Ordered a large iced coffee and a large hot coffee. Hot coffee was okay. Iced, not so much. Orders via the kiosk, and got something smaller than usually. (I order when I’m in town visiting my dad. I thought I screwed up the order and the kiosk doesn’t give a receipt. Next day, ordered via the employee. Same thing. Got the same small size. Questioned it and was assured it was a large. Menu advertised 20 ounces for a large. Got it to my dad’s, turned out the cup only held 12 ounces. If you are getting the 12 ounce, don’t pay for the 20 ounce.

It is a very nice placeBut it is very uncomfortable to eat inside the place because the tables are very dirty, the floors are always dirty and not to mention the bathrooms and the homeless who come to bother the people who are eating their food, they do not have aControl with good cleaning of the premises.

Its a standard Panera Bread location. Don't get the Mac N Cheese. Its litteraly a soup of cheese. A lactose intolerants persons nightmare. Everything else is fine though.

I placed my order online for rapid pickup. When I arrived at the store the manager who’s name I believed was Gina, was unhelpful. She did not care that my food was stolen. After going back and forth with her about my order that was supposed to be ready she gave me the reason that my food must have been stolen. I’ve never experienced that at any Panera store. They have horrible customer service and zero care for their customers.

Teenagers who do not purchase anything are allowed to take up all the tables. When brought to the attention of the manager (with the food we literally purchased in our hands) he was so pissed he actually had to ask one of them to vacate a table. This location is so expensive and he literally did not care. I am honestly so mad. This location is a joke avoid at all costs
Most items I have ordered from here were not worth the price. The last item I ordered was the Spicy Chicken Take sandwich. This sandwich alone was $15. It was not spicy at all but a better quality of meat than McDonald's or Chic Fil A. Which isn't really saying much. And it was small! I could have got a, double burger with bacon and cheese from 5 guys, any one of Roaming Roosters' chicken sandwiches plus fries, a calzone/small pizza from Angelico's, almost anything from Crisp and Juicy. All of which would have been more filling and worth the price!

Mobile ordered one drink and four cups of soup to go. Arrived 20 minutes from the ordering, and the order was waiting on the countertop across from the Rapid Pick-Up shelves. The chicken noodle soups had very few ingredients, so could not see anything from the surface of the soup. The cream of chicken and wild rice soup was well cooked, so the wild rice was softly blended in. However, the bistro French onion soup was too salty.
