“I have always gotten smiles and warm greetings at this Panera. Staff tell me what coupons I have and brought my order to me table when i was injured. (One of my points rewards was a gorgeous resin cherry hair clip!) The food has always been fresh and nicely prepared and presented. And strong cold brew! Not watery, just right. Gently busy atmosphere, good for studying or socializing. Tip these guys : )“
“Very kind staff who are unfortunately very overwhelmed. They have about 70 orders at any given time. I’d recommend ordering food about an hour before you need it. I have nothing but praise for the staff though. They are very helpful and very kind and they’ve always taken my dietary restrictions seriously. They always have at least one employee that speaks Spanish at any given moment.“
“Came in for a quick weekday breakfast and the eggs were so good I'm planning to come back tomorrow. Server was a delight, coffee was strong, sourdough was proper. Place has a lovely buzz even early. Bill was very fair. Bookmarked as my new morning spot. Genuinely impressive for somewhere so unassuming, really brilliant.“
