Panera Bread in Fairfax

“The manager and the cashier Jeremy was as nice. I took a bad fall yesterday and my whole mouth is completely messed up and I've been feeling so bad I just came from the dentist and the manager and a cashier made me feel like it's going to be okay and he literally bought me soup I love it cuz and I almost got tears in my eyes because it was like I was in pain but to have someone be so kind to you and so sweet I will always return to this location. We need more managers and stores like this“

“This past Sunday was my first time at a panera bread and i had high expectations and Jennifer, who took my order, exceeded them as she was very welcoming and took my order at a speedy rate. the food was excellent and the compliments from Jennifer on my outfit was just a plus! will be coming again soon.“

“Doesn't exactly deliver service as well as other Paneras, even when there's only some people there. The smoothies are only about half blended and they never have bread bowls for some reason, and it takes a minute for even just a cup sometimes.
Hard to fault the workers much, seems like all hands are needed in the kitchen. Still a totally fine place, especially considering that it's coping with double the crowd of an average Panera inside half of one.
Food's always nice and hot and tastes just like it should.
They let you fill up your water bottle with water and ice at the soda machine too, which is super kind of them :)“
