Panera Bread in Fairfax

“Came in for a quick weekday breakfast and the eggs were so good I'm planning to come back tomorrow. Server was a delight, coffee was strong, sourdough was proper. Place has a lovely buzz even early. Bill was very fair. Bookmarked as my new morning spot. Genuinely impressive for somewhere so unassuming, really brilliant.“

I was dealing with a frustrating issue, but he handled it with total professionalism and made sure everything was sorted out perfectly. It’s rare to get such genuine service these days. “Doesn't exactly deliver service as well as other Paneras, even when there's only some people there. The smoothies are only about half blended and they never have bread bowls for some reason, and it takes a minute for even just a cup sometimes.
Hard to fault the workers much, seems like all hands are needed in the kitchen. Still a totally fine place, especially considering that it's coping with double the crowd of an average Panera inside half of one.
Food's always nice and hot and tastes just like it should.
They let you fill up your water bottle with water and ice at the soda machine too, which is super kind of them :)“
