I have been ordering from Panera at Johnson Center since 2015 and my experience was better in the past. I wanted to review from their website but I was not able to find the page. Last year when I ordered soup for three different times, they forgot to add croutons/tortilla. I had to check my lunch bag knowing that they usually forget. They provide it later if you ask for it. Some of the staffs are really nice and some are kind of rude. My order is a hit or miss honestly and the portion kind of sucks for the price. The self ordering is also sometimes frustrating, if I forget to enable email receipts they manage to lose my order and I can't get my food. Most of the time my modification requests are messed up too.
