The place is clean & the cashier was adorable, but the Chai Tea Latte tastes like a hotdog, so 4 stars.

I've been going to this Panera Bread location for years, even before I started studying at GMU. I would say that the food quality is pretty standard, but they are so disorganized. I feel like there were a couple of times that I walked out with someone else's order, and it takes like 10-15 minutes minimum for your name to pop up in the order tracker, so you spend that time panicking if the cashier actually took your order. It takes about 20 minutes to get your order, which is absolutely crazy, considering the food is microwaved. Service has been on and off, with some really nice servers, and others giving me a bit of attitude when I ask about entrees. If you can find seating, this Panera location is actually pretty nice, as it is a great place for GMU students to study. However, seating is very limited, so on a weekday afternoon, you are unlikely to find a spot here. Maybe try a weekday morning or on a weekend.

Probably the most inconsistent Panera on the planet. Some days it’s great, other days you order a ham and cheese toasted baguette and they give you melted cheese between two slices of stale bread instead.

This place gets crazy busy at 11, 12, 3, but their food is worth it, and the prices are pretty good too. The steak pickled onion sandwich is my go to it's seriously tasty and hits the spot every time I order it. Do be careful that you make sure the ingredients are in stock before ordering because sometimes they will make your order with whatever lays arround in their stockpile. Overall decent, better than on campus food that's for sure. However, like all paneras, pulls no punches on your wallet. Ouch.TLDR: Alright food, very busy, sometimes don't get what you order based on stocking issuesWheelchair accessibility: Located on floor one of the Johnson center. Even the birds can make it inside. So can anyone else.

I have been ordering from Panera at Johnson Center since 2015 and my experience was better in the past. I wanted to review from their website but I was not able to find the page. Last year when I ordered soup for three different times, they forgot to add croutons/tortilla. I had to check my lunch bag knowing that they usually forget. They provide it later if you ask for it. I think the prices also went up and the portions got smaller. Most recently, I was not happy with the food that ordered two days ago. I ordered yogurt parfait first time this past Wednesday thinking that they make it fresh. It was prepackaged and yogurt did not taste fresh and the top of the bowl was very watery. I asked the cashier to toast chocolate croissant, my second order, she said they do not do it and suggested me to use the dining hall microwaves. The croissant was not fresh. Lastly my third order, the chai tea latte was not hot enough. Although I used to like Panera, I do not think I will order much from JC Panera anymore. There needs to be some improvements.Dietary restrictions: The screens in JC Panera give you an option to customize your order which is helpful because you can remove some ingredients if needed.

The spoon they gave me was sharp and cut my mouth. There’s now two cuts on my top lip and one on my bottom lips, it stings.

It's Panera but run by underpaid and overworked college students, you know what you're in for. Most of the baked goods are dry or flavorless.

I bought a soup with bread and I got a screw and I went to complain to them and the only thing they told me is "I'm sorry, do you want another one"?

I shouldn’t have to constantly ask where my food is after waiting 10 minutes after I get the notification that it’s ready.

Had a hair in my sandwhich. I was made a new one, and they added a cookie. However they NEED to require hairnets!!!! Hair was In loose pony tails and down. Even Taco Bell requires hair nets

Why did y'all literally serve me milk when I ordered an iced chai latte. I was so excited for my spicy little chai. Rot. Kys.

The team manager Claude is extremely rude and upsetting to talk too. He has no professionalism and his vibes repel people. Someone needs to replace this places team manager with a new one. I'm a student at mason and felt very disappointed in this places behavior

This Panera Bread never follows instructions on customizations through Starship App. This is literally the 5th time that they either don't follow the customization request (make it regularly) or get it completely wrong as if they don't know the ingredients in their own sandwiches. I'm literally asking for two things to be removed, but they either make it normally or remove everything other than the bread and protein.
