The staff here are actually super nice compared to the other Panera’s I have eaten out at. My main complaint is that their location offers no condiments whatsoever, it’s not the fault of any staff member on site just bad management.
Doesn't exactly deliver service as well as other Paneras, even when there's only some people there. The smoothies are only about half blended and they never have bread bowls for some reason, and it takes a minute for even just a cup sometimes.
Hard to fault the workers much, seems like all hands are needed in the kitchen. Still a totally fine place, especially considering that it's coping with double the crowd of an average Panera inside half of one.

I spent 25 minutes this morning from 9:05 to 9:31 when I was promised A CUP OF COFEE WITH AN ESPRESSO SHOT AND A PIECE OF CAKE. It wasn’t even busy. People who arrived after me got bagels and sandwiches and all sorts of drinks and left. I finally said something about it and the girl looked confused and a tall bald white guy stepped in and found the order. The cake was in front of both of them.
