Staff are clearly trying their best, no issues with the service, but food is consistently wrong/poor quality and takes forever. Placed an order around 10am for scheduled pickup at 12:05pm, got it at 12:40 and it was… subpar. Ordered a tuna salad sandwich, barely any filling (mostly lettuce) and one half skinny bread one half thick.
Very kind staff who are unfortunately very overwhelmed. They have about 70 orders at any given time. I’d recommend ordering food about an hour before you need it. I have nothing but praise for the staff though. They are very helpful and very kind and they’ve always taken my dietary restrictions seriously. They always have at least one employee that speaks Spanish at any given moment.
The staff here are actually super nice compared to the other Panera’s I have eaten out at. My main complaint is that their location offers no condiments whatsoever, it’s not the fault of any staff member on site just bad management.
