I think this location is very understaffed, and if you order something usually in the afternoon it would take forever to even order them. Additionally, I ordered a matcha latte, and received a regular latte. The food is okay, but the drink won't be filled up to the top of the cup almost every time we order. I mean I think this location need some improvement for sure.
Got me and my friend’s orders wrong lol, didn’t specify that they did not have an item available until after i paid, coffee is buttcheeks get ur breakfast/coffee/snack somewhere ELSE 😭💔
donuts are never warm, STEVEN got my order and my friend’s order wrong and they ran out of hashbrowns AND iced pumpkin loaf AND lemon pound cake

Dunkin' is a decent spot with a nice facade. The coffee is cheap but not the best, while the little donut balls are a unique snack. However, the other items are too buttery and sugary. The croissants are Americanized and overly rich in butter. The slogan "America runs on Dunkin" should maybe be "French America turns to Dunkin." On the other hand, a customer had a fantastic experience with a perfectly made iced latte and great service. The Dunkin' Donuts location is recommended for a good cup of coffee and top-notch service. The avocado toast, however, did not look as advertised and tasted like dish soap. Overall, Dunkin' offers a mix of experiences with its beverages and food.
