I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts shop and had a fantastic experience. The iced latte was perfectly made and hit the spot on a hot day. The service was top-notch, with the friendly and attentive staff making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the efficiency of the ordering process. Overall, I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts location to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and excellent service.

Explain to me why it takes 10 min for a simple iced coffee. I’ve been here 8 times thus far throughout the semester. At first the coffee was great and I was in and out in 2 min. But that was with a different employee, there’s this new person that takes an unbelievable amount of time to make a simple iced coffee.
