I came here for breakfast, and while there was no issue with the coffee, the server was so rude. I just asked a simple question about a steak roll-up, and the server just yelled at me and said, 'WE ARE ALL OUT OF ROLLUPS! I ended up getting some croissant with cheese, which was good, but a bit burnt and hard. I don't plan on coming here and would rather drive to another location.

⚜️Hello ladies and gentlemen, workers, managers and owners of this property on campus,⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️I hope and pray that you all do well. ⚜️Where can I start my reviews with this place? ⚜️Hmm, I think this place is decent from my French point of view. ⚜️I think the facade for this location is just nice in a good, little way.⚜️ Since the coffee is dirty cheap and doesn't taste great, but the calories less little donut balls are unique and a good snack too. ⚜️However, everything else is too much butter and too much sugar. Oh my goodness me. ⚜️No jokes at all. I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts shop and had a fantastic experience. The iced latte was perfectly made and hit the spot on a hot day. The service was top-notch, with the friendly and attentive staff making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the store and the efficiency of the ordering process. Overall, I highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts location to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and excellent service.
They never have any food. They have a few random donuts. They never have any bagels when I go on. Why do you have a whole menu over your head and don't have any of the things on it? Person who said it takes 10 minutes for a coffee was accurate. It takes that long for my hot chocolate as well.

The employees argue at the top of their voice. They speak so loudly and it's incredibly disturbing. Students come here to work and it's near impossible with the way they speak.

They don’t understand the request “half dozen” for donuts. And when we want 3 same donuts in our order they refused and told us “we stopped making those and we close at 6 so you have to pick 6 different ones”. Smh.

Explain to me why it takes 10 min for a simple iced coffee. I’ve been here 8 times thus far throughout the semester. At first the coffee was great and I was in and out in 2 min. But that was with a different employee, there’s this new person that takes an unbelievable amount of time to make a simple iced coffee. Now you must be thinking, “well they might be busy?” False, I come in the same time each time and it’s always me in line and maybe 1 other person waiting. Now here’s the thing, I’m not an impatient person but waiting a non exaggerated 10 min for a simple iced coffee when there’s only maybe 2-3 other people in the store is unheard of. The wait would be worth it if the coffee was consistent. But for some reason this certain person who happens to take too long also happens to make interesting coffees to say the least. I’ll still continue to give them business because America runs on dunkin, but I urge management to train the staff better per say, to leave no room for inconsistency. Thank you, rant over.

The coffee tastes strange, it's more expensive than normal and they won't take coupons or rewards. Still cheaper than Starbucks but if you can make the schlep go to the one in university mall.
