One of the best Panera in Alexandria, food is amazing. Excellent customer service, especially the young man Adam at the cashier always greeting with a warm smile on his face! Rest of the Staff and manager are really polite and friendly too. Definitely would recommend.
Menu is predictable and straightforward for this chain bakery. Highly suggest ordering from kiosks or app to save time if you are in a rush. Do know that they run out of soufflés, so pre-orders are a good idea if this is your thing. The ambiance is clean and tidy with booths and high top sitting areas with phone charges. I often see people with computers during the week as well, but never crowded except for weekends. Love that they serve breakfast and lunch as well.
