I hadn’t been to any Panera in a few years, but this location at Kingstowne has to be the one of the most filthy restaurants. Seats with cushions ripped, food stains on hanging art and walls and dirty carpet to the point the pattern on it is hardly visible anymore. The food was bland and not hot. And the staff cleaning the tables was so rude, removed my empty plates without asking, and then got close to my face and yelled THANK YOU before I had a chance to react.

Excellent and super clean location. I am a regular here and the employees are extremely helpful and kind. It gets busy a lot but employees are very efficient on getting everyone orders out.

One of the best Panera in Alexandria, food is amazing. Excellent customer service, especially the young man Adam at the cashier always greeting with a warm smile on his face! Rest of the Staff and manager are really polite and friendly too. Definitely would recommend.
Simple request not made arguments at the pickup window with the person standing in that area to do the job of checking orders. My order was late by 10 minutes and it was wrong and it was never checked. This Panera has gone down the drain and less than 2

Coffee in every dispenser is very lukewarm to cold. The men's restroom is filthy, and management could care less. I was told by a friend that the women's restroom is always filthy as well. Dirty restrooms are an indication that management at this location could care less about cleanliness, and it shows. Avoid going to this Panera if you value your health and well-being. The management at this location is definitely asleep at the wheel.
