“If you are looking for authentic, old-school water ice, this is the place to go. The flavors are incredibly strong and rich, they do not taste watered down or artificial at all. You can tell they use top-tier ingredients to get that perfect, refreshing taste.

On top of that, the service is outstanding. The staff is super friendly, fast, and always welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It is easily a five-star spot and the perfect place to grab a cool treat!“

“Everything about this place is magical! I immediately felt at home when I walked up the pathway and into a space filled with Matt Nichol-One Man Bass Band’s majestic tunes. I hadn’t even made it to the coffee yet. I ordered a cold brew with oat milk and caramel alongside a GF Vegan Chocolate Cherry Streusel a lá mode. It was absolutely divine. Combine all of that with Lexi’s beautiful energy and great art….WOW! I’ll definitely be returning! :)“

“This is our favorite Rita’s location. We are frequent customers! With the power outages last night, Danni did an outstanding job with keeping things under control while she had a huge line. We love coming here! ❤️🍦“

“This is a beautiful ice cream shop we usually stop here on our way home. There is a boat for children to play in. There are nicely painted picnic tables. There’s an outside fan to keep customers cool. I enjoy the tiki and beach themed decor and the yellow and pink theme colors. We didn’t wait long for our milkshakes, a few minutes. There is a Connect 4 game the children enjoyed. You can order milkshakes in any of the ice cream flavors which is nice. We’ll be visiting again!“

“Usually love this Rita’s, the staff is awesome and the owners are super sweet. Tonight we had a not so good experience. We showed up at 9:50, they close at 10. We waited about 5 minutes for someone to come to the window, as we waited the staff made eye contact with us a few times before even acknowledging that we were there. They were cleaning up as they were about to close, all the machines were broken down. After someone finally came to the window, we were greeted with annoyed staff for us showing up 10 minutes before closing. I wouldn’t have written this review if someone would have said “ sorry but we have cleaned up shop and aren’t serving anymore tonight”. I would have been completely okay with it! The open sign was still on, so I’m not sure why there was a problem, I have family in town that are leaving tomorrow and they wanted to come to Rita’s one last time. Sorry for the inconvenience!“
