Typically I have great experiences here and love the food however I am frustrated by my recent visit. I ordered on the app simple combo and extra order of fries. I didn’t receive my fries and was asked to provide a receipt which is confusing when I’m sitting there and they just made my order and handed this to me. So I’m having to prove what I ordered then have to wait for 5 minutes for just my extra fries while my other fries are getting cold. It’s not a BIG deal but...read full review
