She was so polite, very fast, and her positive attitude was infectious. I turned back around through the drive through to thank them. That's a crew that gets the value of hard work. “The Wendy’s on shore Drive next to the auto parts store by Kroger. I give five stars. If I could give more I would at one point a time they may have been struggling I think maybe not enough employees, but over the months they have came together so well. Their food is always so fresh. They’re very nice sweet and friendly always willing to help. I do not know her name. I see her more of nighttime late shift, I think she may be a manager but I can say she is 100% making sure everything leaves that window perfect she’s very respectful polite. They’re also are 2 to 3 guys that work late night that are awesome. I am not a huge fan of Wendy’s my husband is I have grown to like it, but I’ve grown to love it now because this Wendy’s really Puts love into their food morning shift and lunch. Everybody there so nice and friendly you don’t hear fighting bickering everyone works together and everything comes out very fast and fresh. Their bathrooms are always very clean. The front of the restaurant is so clean I don’t ever see food trash nothing laying around the outside is very clean also.Parking: They have a lot of parking spaces upfront and on the side there is plenty of parking and there is parking also in the back and their parking lot is nice and smooth. No holes really nice.Kid-friendliness: It does not have a play gym or anything but it is kid friendly. There’s enough room if the kids are done eating and you’re still finishing up for them to run around or go from table table it’s very clean.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, I have seen and walked up the ramp for wheelchairs“
“The food was fresh. Customer service was friendly and professional. This was a pleasant experience for a fast food restaurant. The employees seem to work together well for the benefit of the customers' satisfaction and conscious of their time.“
“There were 10 cars in the drive thru when I visited. I don't think I've ever been through a drive thru that packed, that quickly. So refreshing to get through quickly, no issues with my order, and they didn't park anyone. I told the person in the drive thru how fast they were and she said they're understaffed. Incredible. This is my new favorite location.“

“This is the ONLY Wendy’s we will eat inside and we eat inside every time! With 2 toddlers it’s gets a little nuts at lunch times & the staff here at any time, any day is so kind! They always make us feel welcome and help where they can. We’ve never had a bad day in here and hoping this review finds the staff and makes them smile like they do for us. THANK YOU!!“
“I drove through to get a Frostee for an evening treat. Drive through was quick. I got to the window and the server asked if I wanted to add some strawberry Frostee to my chocolate Frostee. ?. She had suggested it because the chocolate was a little too soft. I declined and she offered a straw along with the normal spoon. The chocolate was a little thin but still tasty. Overall a good experience.“
“Some of the people working at this location seem a little less than average intelligence and it shows in their ability to take orders or put them together.. ALWAYS at least check your bag before you leave.. and your drinks.. check the drinks for ice.. yes they forget to put ice in my drinks ALL the time.. but aside from a little forgivable forgetfulness this location is just as good as any other Wendy's.“
“Attendant behind counter- amazing, friendly greeting, placed order in system exactly how we ordered items, made sure we knew where to get our drinks, made sure we received everything we ordered. Cook- food was good and exactly how we ordered.“
“So, I ordered a fried chicken sandwich, plain. It was good and the chicken covered the bun. What's better, it was hot, as though it was just fried. The chicken sandwich was so much better than Hardee's. The best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten was a Popeye's plain chicken sandwich. One caviot however, I had to ask for it to be freshly fried which took 10 minutes. It was worth the wait. It is freshly battered and fried. I'd like to see what Wendy's could do with a fresh fried battered chicken sandwich. I met Dave Thomas many years ago and he would have loved the idea of a fresh battered fried chicken sandwich. Thank you and be careful, the world is dangerous.Kid-friendliness: Not about kids but the breakfast home fries are incredible right out of the fryer... They should be available all day. “The man working the drive thru window tonight was very sweet. I could tell he was a bit overwhelmed as the line had been long. I didnt catch their names but he was working with a nice african american lady as they carefully went through and made sure all my items were in check. I just wanted to post this review to thank them for the kind service and attention to detail even in the midst of a rush. I usually come here during the day and i can say everyone ive dealt with in the drive through has been very nice.“
“I used the app which gave me a good deal. I used to get the salads often when they used iceberg lettuce but when they switch from iceberg to whatever they use now they suck and are more expensive, that's when I stopped going until the app discount for other items. I haven't had one of their salads in many years. The burgers are very tasty and the breakfast is ok but I prefer hardies for breakfast.“
“This may be the best Wendy's I've been visited. The service was fast, the employees were friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. I mean the fries almost burned me and that's how I like it lol. This one was a little farther away from home but I'll probably drive the extra distance for the experience and freshness.“
“I get lunch here every couple weeks or so. I’ve noticed their burgers are occasionally not the freshest, but it’s good enough to keep me satisfied and their fries and chicken are always fresh and piping hot. Like any business, I’m sure they have bad days, but in my experience, it’s a great place to get food if you’re in a hurry: the employees are friendly, they always get my order correct, and their food is def top 5 in the neighborhood/area for fast food!“
“Service was very efficient and pleasant, which was great considering how busy it was at noon on the Friday before Christmas!! Biggie Bag (crispy chicken BLT, fries, 4 nuggets, small drink and key tag peppermint Jr Frosty) was perfect and ready quickly, too. “My boyfriend goes here every so often after work and always grabs us the same order. Last week our order was complete disaster, BUT I will say when he spoke with the manager on duty, she professionally resolved the issue by allowing us to come back whenever we please to get our order remade. We'll he went last night and I must applaud KK! She was pleasantly nice and personally made sure our order was correc4 this time! Great job!“
“Overall it's really great but what sucks is that sometimes you can't go inside and be force to use drive thur.Parking: Lots of places to park and if their full theres a shopping spot near their not even 10 seconds of walking away.“
“This is the best Wendy's I ever been to. I ask for the food to be hot and fresh and that's exactly what I got. They actually have large cups when you ask for a large drink. The other Wendy's I went to had a smaller cup for as a large. Their staff are friendly. You will not get this kind of service from any other Wendy's. Also, their restaurant was clean.“
“I love this place! The cashier Roger, is the only reason why come here, he's the best, he's funny and friendly and will walk you food all the way over to where you're sitting. The orders are always correct and the place is always clean“
