Wendy's in Virginia Beach

“It’s truly wild how much better this Wendy is than literally any other Wendy’s I’ve ever been too and has been for years now, no matter what day or time I’ve ate here over the last 5+ years it’s always been the best. The food is always hot and fresh. The fry carton are actually properly filled with fries, the store is always clean. The service is always great. If the corporate office could figure out what and how this Wendys is doing things so much better and applied it to all the other stores, you wouldn’t be seeing some franchises filing for bankruptcy.“

“Went through the drive-thru. Ordered 3 different sandwiches. 1 Dave's double (cool) 1 Asiago ranch chicken Combo forgot the drink, and a classic chicken got a spicy chicken instead. This is the first time that's happened to me there. Oh well.“

“We absolutely love this location. They know us, they support our Girl Scout and they treat us so well. The food is always made fast and is never disappointing. We will always drive out of our way to go here when we are craving Wendy’s“

“Stopped into this Wendy's around 5-5:30 PM on Sunday. Kenija was extremely helpful and offered great recommendations. Our food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we ordered it. Really appreciated the friendly service and smooth experience.“

“While here we encountered an amazing employee Prince. He was taking our order and another co worker walked up to him rudely and in the middle of us talking she started to question him about a to go order. He never lost eye contact with me and proceeded with our order. Very professional, breath of fresh air in today's world. We will come back here based on his actions and professionalism.“

“I have a friend in a Nursing Home. she lives the chocolate frosty. I purchase a key tag every year. It helps with the Dave Thomas adoptive families program.On my way to visit I can go through the drive thru for a free junior frosty snd also order a senior coke spending 56cents. Some locations will even give you the soft drink for free. My 2025 key tag was $3.00 and byit is good for a year of small frosty’s.“

“My go to spot after working all day and just needing a quick bite. Amy is also a great asset to Wendy’s as she is always welcoming knows my voice when I roll up with my mobile order. Truly making the experience for me very homely - like when I think of Wendy’s I think of 30+ years of memories, my late father had one of his last meals at Wendy’s so it always makes me feel close to him when I go for my order.“

“Based on past reviews, someone must have stepped up at this Wendy's the last couple months.
My experience was great, and I don't even especially like Wendy's. Fastest drive-thru service ever at a Wendy's and during the lunch rush also.
The person taking my order was very thorough, and the others tag-teamed to take my payment and get me my drink and food in record time. The food was hot, and the order was accurate. Maybe they're turning things around.“

“Service was very efficient and pleasant, which was great considering how busy it was at noon on the Friday before Christmas!! Biggie Bag (crispy chicken BLT, fries, 4 nuggets, small drink and key tag peppermint Jr Frosty) was perfect and ready quickly, too. I was not expecting things to be perfect but happily it was!

Parking: Extremely busy multi-lane intersection at Interstate 264 interchange, be VERY CAUTIOUS“

“My boyfriend and I went around 12:30 am this past Sunday (8/31). I don’t recall the workers name (wish I did so he would get recognized directly) but he was nice, welcoming, and personable, especially for it being the middle of the night. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything. He mentioned it was his first week and was super kind and nice to talk to! He was definitely a good hire, and the chicken nuggets were very yummy.“

The Biggie Deals are the best value for your buck. Their frosties come in seasonal flavors and currently Berrylicious ? is now offered. The prior flavor was creamsicle. I'm hoping for banana ? peach ? or pineapple ? is soon to come! I'm hoping eggnog or pumpkin flavors during the holidays to come.

I am a big fan of their charitable causes for adoption, foster care and children's needs. This year and at Halloween they have Coupons that help to serve their many child welfare efforts. The Jr. Frosties free for a year is your best bet! They also offer free Jr. Frosties for children who come in their sports uniforms for free!

Plenty of parking and there are some shade trees, but not enough in this summer heat.

I would like to add their drink section is Over the top with choices! I'm a diet root beer fan and this is my happy drink place!

I'm hoping to try their breakfast menu soon.

Kid-friendliness: Again their efforts to support children's causes are the best!

Wheelchair accessibility: Areas are open and spacious enough for wheelchairs and walkers.“

“Food was fresh and hot. I complicated my order and just wanted no bacon on my sandwich. It was a little confusing for the employee, but that young man was so pleasant, I'm definitely going to return. The restaurant was clean and no trash around.“
