Wendy's in Virginia Beach

“I really like this location, been going there since they opened probably 25yrs. But the lemonade they sell is disgusting compared to other locations. It's always tastes like cleaning solution and I don't know if they don't rinse it out after cleaning or what the issue is but it's horrible. I'm trying to cut out soda so the lemonade is a great option now at fast food but this location it's like they are trying to poison you for taking the healthy option. I've tried probably ten times in the last six months and every time it's the same chemical taste.“

“We stopped by for lunch, as the grandsons were on Spring Break. We were greeted immediately by the staff, and our orders were taken. Everything came out of the kitchen, fast, tasty and Correct. We dined in, as it is always clean , bright and friendly. Hands down, this Wendy’s is among the best for service and food.“

“Me and the bros came here for lunch last week on a road trip to Myrtle Beach and we had a great lunch here! We got chicken nuggets and split em. The food was good and they even have my favorite barqs root beer! We sat in a booth because us slay queens love a good booth! Yea that was a good lunch especially when Kyle belched really loud and we all cackled ! Definitely coming back again!“

“My go to spot after working all day and just needing a quick bite. Amy is also a great asset to Wendy’s as she is always welcoming knows my voice when I roll up with my mobile order. Truly making the experience for me very homely - like when I think of Wendy’s I think of 30+ years of memories, my late father had one of his last meals at Wendy’s so it always makes me feel close to him when I go for my order.“

“Even when there were cars lined up in the to go orders, my food arrived quick and hot.

The staff was nice and friendly.

I was asked if I wanted 2 sauces which is rare now a days to have more sauce than what the franchise wants to give due to inflation cause by Lets Go Brandon lol.

Also I was asked how much ice I wanted. Which has never happen before in this franchise that u have been to;

“I have a friend in a Nursing Home. she lives the chocolate frosty. I purchase a key tag every year. It helps with the Dave Thomas adoptive families program.On my way to visit I can go through the drive thru for a free junior frosty snd also order a senior coke spending 56cents. Some locations will even give you the soft drink for free. My 2025 key tag was $3.00 and byit is good for a year of small frosty’s.“

“Been going to this Wendy’s for over a year now since I work at the Walmart nearby. Honestly the best Wendy’s in VB in my opinion. Food is always hot, fresh, and most importantly fast (if you get slow service is almost 100% because they’re slammed). Workers are SUPER friendly and helpful and clearly have management who are actually focused on delivering a fast quality service. My order is pretty much never wrong. The dining room is usually pretty clean unless they’re super busy, but even then it’s not too bad.

1000% would recommend this Wendy’s over any other one in the city 👍“

“My family and I were hosting loved ones from Brazil. We had 2 6 yr olds, a 10 yr old, a 13 yr old, and 4 adults. After a few hours at the adventure park, we wanted to show our guests the beach, but first we needed to feed our diverse crowd an easy dinner. Jim was the most amazing host at a fast food restaurant that we've ever had. He greeted us cheerfully and talked through menu options very kindly and intentionally. He empathized that our children had specific requests such as no pickle or onions, and he made them feel very much heard, accommodated, and cared for. He guided us through the menu, showing us how to get the most for our money with the biggie bags, for example. We had a gluten free guest and also a baked potato order, and he made sure those were both prepared to our preferences. He also understood that kids are picky about their dipping sauces, and made sure those were fulfilled appropriately. Jim actually made ordering fun. Also, his team was happy to bring our trays of food out to us at our tables once they were ready. Our group left the restaurant very happy that we had chosen the Pacific Ave Wendy's for dinner before we explored the beach. Thank you so much, Jim & team!“

“Kid-friendliness: I visited this Wendy’s at courthouse in Virginia Beach and the Black shaved manager was outstanding service provided! He was very funny and nice while I was ordering my meal with my family! We enjoyed our experience and will return often because he made us feel welcome and at home! I loved his customer service attitude!“

“I have to say I'm really impressed, I ordered the Wednesday meal yesterday and today I've gotten the takis meal. Both were amazing btw but I was impressed on how FAST I've gotten my food. Normally fast food places take a few minutes but it felt like I was only at drive thru for 30 seconds!“

My experience was great, and I don't even especially like Wendy's. Fastest drive-thru service ever at a Wendy's and during the lunch rush also.

Parking: Tons of spaces all the way around the building!

Kid-friendliness: Most of the ladies up here working are moms themselves they adore having kids in there and they are always so sweet to our kiddos

“Service was very efficient and pleasant, which was great considering how busy it was at noon on the Friday before Christmas!! Biggie Bag (crispy chicken BLT, fries, 4 nuggets, small drink and key tag peppermint Jr Frosty) was perfect and ready quickly, too. I was not expecting things to be perfect but happily it was!

Parking: Extremely busy multi-lane intersection at Interstate 264 interchange, be VERY CAUTIOUS“

“My boyfriend and I went around 12:30 am this past Sunday (8/31). I don’t recall the workers name (wish I did so he would get recognized directly) but he was nice, welcoming, and personable, especially for it being the middle of the night. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything. He mentioned it was his first week and was super kind and nice to talk to! He was definitely a good hire, and the chicken nuggets were very yummy.“

“The staff is always courteous and patient when ordering via the drive-through.

The Biggie Deals are the best value for your buck. Their frosties come in seasonal flavors and currently Berrylicious ? is now offered. The prior flavor was creamsicle. I'm hoping for banana ? peach ? or pineapple ? is soon to come! I'm hoping eggnog or pumpkin flavors during the holidays to come.

I am a big fan of their charitable causes for adoption, foster care and children's needs. This year and at Halloween they have Coupons that help to serve their many child welfare efforts. The Jr. Frosties free for a year is your best bet! They also offer free Jr. Frosties for children who come in their sports uniforms for free!

Plenty of parking and there are some shade trees, but not enough in this summer heat.

I would like to add their drink section is Over the top with choices! I'm a diet root beer fan and this is my happy drink place!

I'm hoping to try their breakfast menu soon.

“Food was fresh and hot. I complicated my order and just wanted no bacon on my sandwich. It was a little confusing for the employee, but that young man was so pleasant, I'm definitely going to return. The restaurant was clean and no trash around.“
