I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I entered intending to purchase a meal but urgently needed to use the restroom first. I explained to the manager that I was a customer and would order immediately afterward. Despite this, he refused access and insisted I had to make a purchase “right now,” showing no concern for the urgency of the situation.
