SIFT AND FILTER YOUR FRY OIL FOR ONCEOrdered a side of fries...the fries looked as if they had some special seasoning on them...nope, just debris from the fry oil because clearly no one is taking the time to sift the oil throughout their shift.
Drive thru staff barely greet you and are rude. Take your card and act like they don't want to return it. Then I went inside because there wasn't any ketchup in my bag. 4 employees looked at me then turned and started a conversation WHILE staring at me. No one came over to assist me. I just walked out. Absolutely, zero customer service. Zero.

Drive thru- ordered a bacon egg cheese biscuit, bit into it and below is what I got! Not sure what it was but I have never seen anything like that before. I called them spoke with the Manager and I was told it was ok to eat it, “ that’s what happens when it’s heated or sitting on top of each other” . Well I will not visit that Wendy’s location again.Oh yes I received my money back.
