Service is EXTREMELY slow and I’m a McDonald employee NOT at this one thank god but this is disappointing smh
There seemed to be plenty of help but one guy running around while the others sauntered about. Even when ordering ahead, it took over 20 minutes to get the food. Many of the tables were dirty and sticky.
They're usually swamped, but that just speaks to how good they are

McDonald's is a well-oiled machine with a convenient ordering process via app or kiosk, although the app can be confusing about order placement. The orders are accurate, the food hot and delicious, and the friendly staff make for quick pickups. The employee that brought the food was a great guy, very helpful with a big smile and no negative attitude. However, the service can be slower than an iceberg, with a normal drive thru line wait of 20 minutes. Putting in your order via mobile doesn't save any time because you are in the same line as everyone else.
