I went to Sumo Japanese Steakhouse yesterday for Mother’s Day for the first time. The food was actually good, but the customer service at the end completely ruined the experience for me.
As I was leaving, I asked for a toothpick and was told to go to the bar. I walked to the bar, saw our waitress, and asked again. She kindly asked the bartender for one, and the bartender responded, “Tell them to go home and get one.” Two customers immediately busted out laughing.
