“The Wendy's (#8989) location on 3904 Victory Blvd was phenomenal!! I made an order thru the app and card was duly charged, but the app itself had a major hiccup and lost the entire order, with the charge still on my card. The management team was quick remedy the problem very equitably!!!“
“Went to drive thru to get my kid some nuggets and ended up getting something for myself as well. While I had to be pulled up and parked (I had a special order). I was given my drink. When the order was brought out, I asked if my drink could be exchanged as the coke I ordered didn't taste right (possibly the ratio was off or the soda was simply running out). The young man immediately repeated my concerned and quickly accommodated me. All with a smile! Great customer service from the order taker to the ru ner who brought out my food. Thank you for a great experience.“
“Normally I don't rate fast food because, well it's fast food and it's just a convenience. However, yesterday I was blown away! I knew what I wanted with a special order biggie bag: no mayo, spicey nuggets, etc... I just thought they were short and not busy. Turns out they were just awesome and efficient! Luckily I had my card ready because they started handing me drinks and food the moment they got my card and no one was in line at the window even though there were cars that ordered before me. I thought for sure they would mess up the order, nope. Down to the two packets of BBQ sauce that the pros do. Whoever that crew was on Friday at 11:30 May 30th, they are legit! Your whole store might be legit too! Great job!“
“10/10 experience! the dining room was clean, food was made FRESH! everybody was moving quickly but proficient! Ms.Rika was very polite she took her time taking my order, she upsold me a chocolate chip cookie as well! you all have to keep her! shes the BEST“
