Me and my 14 month old daughter ate in the booth, the service and food was good.
They have fallen off a whole bunch, idk which Wendy's is worth going to these days in Portsmouth because everybody is either lazy or nonchalant.

Wendy's is a popular fast-food restaurant that serves hot and fresh food, prepared exactly as ordered. The welcoming team and exceptional drive-thru service with clear and professional communication make it a great option for those on the go. The food is served quickly, hot, and delicious, including tasty salads and burgers. Customers appreciate the restaurant's wheelchair accessibility and the team's attention to providing a great experience, even during busy times. The new salted caramel Frosty is a delightful addition to the menu.
