Please just don’t microwave the bread items. My bagel was super hard before I was even able to eat it.

Dunkin' is a welcoming restaurant where staff make you feel valued. The drinks, when prepared correctly, are a highlight for many customers. However, there have been issues with inconsistent drink preparation, including one instance where a drink was mostly milk and had only a small amount of coffee. On the other hand, the food, such as the Boston cream chocolate iced and regular glazed donuts, are generally enjoyed. But there was an issue with a donut being upside down in the bag, causing the chocolate to melt and stick to the bag. Overall, Dunkin' has potential, but there is room for improvement in terms of consistency.
