This is a wonderful place, wish it were bigger! Their Monte Cristo sandwich is TDF!
This place is all around great! The food and coffee was awesome and I love the atmosphere. It was super busy on a Saturday morning but the line moved pretty quick and our food came out quickly too. The churro latte and montecristo sandwich were both amazing! Highly recommend.
Visiting the Norfolk area and was told to visit this coffee shop. Only got a drink, but it was VERY nice atmosphere and very friendly staff

Colattao Coffee House is a charming spot known for its delightful Cortadas, served with perfect sweetness and quality coffee in a demi cup. The atmosphere is upbeat yet calming, with a well-done cultural flare and a nice music selection. The interior boasts a mix of tabletops, couches, and tables with chairs, creating a cozy environment. Staff are always welcoming and add warmth and kindness to the experience. Drinks and pastries are perfectly made, and the presentation shows the love put into them.
The cozy ambiance makes it a very inviting place, although the small space can get busy and cramped, especially during peak hours, which might make it less suitable for large families or quiet study sessions. Seating can be limited, and there are no places to plug in laptops or tablets. Despite these challenges, the quality of food and coffee is superior to most other coffee shops, and the prices are standard. The owner and his wife take great pride in the place, adding personal touches that make every visit special. Visitors often enjoy the decorations inside, and the place also sells preserved bouquets of flowers and mugs, adding to its charm. It is a wonderful spot to relax, enjoy good company, and appreciate the thoughtful decor.
