“Food was tasty. Cheese curds were great, sliders cooked properly, not overdone. The drinks came a little slow but the Aslin Cooler was worth the wait. The outdoor area was comfy and well done. There were flies... they probably cant do anything about that so I blame the flies parents. Great spot for a fun get together!“

From the moment she steps behind the bar, beers pour smoother, smiles appear faster, and the taps themselves seem honored to be in her presence. Unsure what to order? Victoria will ask you three questions, read your soul, and deliver a pint so perfectly matched to your personality that you’ll briefly question whether she has psychic abilities (or at least a minor superpower granted by the Beer Gods).
She balances speed, kindness, and elite-level beer knowledge with the grace of someone who has never once spilled a drop—and if she has, the beer probably deserved it. Customers leave happier than when they arrived, coworkers feel supported and hydrated emotionally, and the vibes are consistently immaculate.
In short:
If Victoria is working, the beer tastes better.
If Victoria is not working, people ask where she is.
