The light filled space is clean, nicely laid-out and retains the casual Rock n Roll vibe of the previous place, but the main attraction are the delicious dogs! Kevin, Evie, and Matt run a smooth ship, and make you feel like family! ? Can’t wait to return!!“

“Hotdogs cooked fresh to order. Toppings are free. I had a chili dog made and it was tasty. Fries are good too. Seating area right behind it. Location is great, right across the road from the beach and right in front of the Days Inn.

“I,m originally from Western NY. So is the owner Russ Gilbert. The Dirty Buffalo has won several national awards for their wing sauces. If you want authentic wings like the ones at the Anchor Bar or Duffs, this place is your best option. GO BILLS! No one circles the wagons like the Buffalo Bills. The Dirty Buffalo is talkin proud!“

“Reasonably priced exceptional hotdogs and sandwiches. There are beers and cakes also. Just a nice little cafe to grab a bite to eat and not feel rushed out the door. The decorations around the walls are a good laugh. I loved eating here, I am just gutted i found it so late in my 3 year posting to Virginia.
I gave this five as it hits the criteria I was looking for. It might not be Michelin starred however it's exactly what you sometimes need. And the awards of best dogs in Virginia beach can't be wrong.“

“Outside of NC, this place has a great BBQ sandwich. However, service depends on the person at the register, and if that person is in a bad mood that day, you'll know it. Some people should not be up front. They should be in inventory, away from the public. HOWEVER, I REALLY ENJOY THE FOOD, so the service does not overshadow it. Great milkshakes. Cajun fries are great.“
