As always Tropical Smoothie Cafe smoothies are delicious. ??This location does not have the awesome vibrant atmosphere and energy as the Holland Road location. Great location near shops and a few yards from Neptune Park and the beach.“
“Placed a huge last minute lunch order for the office. Wow! What a great job. I placed one order separately and the store called to confirm they were together and had everything ready much more quickly than promised. Wonderful service from the whole team, but especially the shift manager who got a box for my order to help me with transport. Fantastic experience!“

“37 weeks pregnant here n came in for date smoothie called chia banana boost YUM and ordered a chicken flatbread wit avocado YUM with a side of sweet potato which also helps with labor. Crew here is relatively YOUNG and I love that. It's good seeing youth serving politely. Spanish music playing (SALSA) which I LOVE bc I'm Puerto Rican. Will definitely be coming back here “

“The Best Tropical Smoothie in the 757. All of the employees are so friendly and helpful and there are a lot of employees at this location. The dining area is larger than any other Tropical Smoothie I have been in. A large group of teens and adults was there today.“

“The smoothie was typical, of any tropical smoothie location. The consistency is why I'm a loyal customer. The smiles of the staff were highlight of the experience. I had a rough day the cashier was polite and friendly. The girl in the back of kitchen had a smile that was contagious. Will be back if I'm in the neighborhood again“

“The food and Smoothies are excellent. Again, it's a little pricey and if you order delivery, expect to pay a good portion more. Door dash has the delivery contract. With that said, its still worth it if you're not on a budget or you eat there once a week or so.Parking: During lunch hour the area is busy. The parking is shared by multiple businesses.“

“I used to order smoothies here all the time when I worked for Farm Fresh, sometimes for my co-workers too. They ALWAYS made them the best.I have the one near our house saved in my phone, but for some reason I accidentally ordered from this location today. I was willing to pay for the mistake because it was my fault, but they called back quickly and said they'd refund it. I asked if they could give my order to a worker or customer - I felt bad and hate to waste!I didn't tell them today was my birthday and this was a small treat ? Customer service was excellent and I hope someone enjoyed their free smoothie.“

“Good food & service overall. Double-check your bag before leaving. A couple of times one of my sides has been left-off. Most recently this happened and the young guy at the counter didn't even apologize. He just grabbed a banana and handed it to me.“
“This particular visit gets a 5 star rating overall. We ordered 2 of the same breakfast items. I usually get the American Wrap but wifey changed my mind to ordering the healthy bowl.She asked the associate what is the most popular one, they have 4. She said the acai bowl. That's what we got. $10.00 well spent. It was totally awesome. Can't wait to get another one.“
“Enjoyed a nice but very expensive meal at Tropical Smoothie. 1 Chicken Pesto flatbread, 1 Thai Chicken wrap and 1 Blimey Limey smoothie came to $29, ouch. The food was good and the smoothie was so nice and tart. I always make sure to not get any added sugar to my smoothies because they are sweet enough with the fruit. We went in right before the lunch rush at 12:05 and a nice clean restaurant that was empty.“
“I always have a great experience here! Great staff and service. The only thing I wish was that every Tropical Smoothie location would remove the kale stems in the Kale and Apple slaw. I pick them out every time and would prefer not to so I can enjoy the salad. The stems taste very bitter and aren’t enjoyable to eat. Other than that I have no complaints or issues! I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration and will help with overall satisfaction and quality in the future.“
