“I usually come here when i’m in a pinch for a high protein quick breakfast, i typically do a mobile order and i just have to say, every time i come here i am greeted so happily. every worker i have encountered here has been so kind and it really brightens my day, the food is always pretty good and priced really well for what you get! there is options for almost everyone, it’s very filling and actually good for u and doesn’t leave you feeling cruddy. so yeah, just wanted to leave this here bc i am greeted with such a nice smile every time i come in here (:“

“Normally not one to leave reviews, me and boyfriend came in here just to grab a quick bite to eat and these two employees were PHENOMENAL! So helpful, patient and efficient the food quality and customer service was top notch. The gentleman working the counter was so attentive and helped us choose what would be best for us and modify our order. The lady working was also a ray of sunshine. Please give this location a visit they are super sweet :) Will definitely be back“

“Today around 4pm I went into tropical smoothie on military in janaf, and there was this man that came in. He was asking the workers for two dollars, and this young lady was telling him he couldnt have the money out of the tip jar. Then this man came from the back and took the tip jar away from the customer. Then the customer was asking for two dollars and saying how he just needs some money. Then the man behind the counter started to be rude saying no he couldnt have money, and was extentuating the customer was broke. The customer started to get loud and rude as well, and then the man behind the counter started to exchange vulgar language with the customer. I feel that this was very unprofessional on the part of tropical smoothie, due to the fact that the situation could've been calmed down had the man behind the counter just walked away once the customer started to be aggressive. The lady behind the counter was being calm with the customer and just asking him to leave while also asking her coworker to calm down. And all the while she is trying to calm the situation and get the customer to leave the male worker contiuned to exchange vulgar words with the man even after he was walking out the door. I felt this was very unprofessional and made my experience bad. There was a lot of yelling and cursing when the man could've just been asked to leave, and the worker behind the counter could've just walked away, and not fed into the growing situation. The fact that there was a big commotion in front of other customers was also an issue I had. Food was good though.“

“Asked this employee three times for the sun chips they forgot to put in the bag and she looked up at me and then continued yo look at her phone. Not an employee I would want working for me. They other two employees work were nice and helpful.“

“Yesterday morning around 7am I ordered a spinach wrap and by mistake got the egg and bacon wrap. I noticed it when I was closed at work. So this morning I went to the same place showing my receipt and a picture as a proof of what I got yesterday and they gave me the spinach feta wrap for free. Thank you!“
