Sam made me a Peanut Butter Cup- Mocha Madness today! And as always he was so kind, sweet and funny to myself and my daughter! We love chatting with him! Thank you for the best customer service always.Sam and the rest of the staff at my local Tropical Smoothie are ALWAYS ON POINT! Sam in particular is always SO friendly, personable, efficient, and makes the BEST smoothies!
Just left here, I was in 25 mins before close. 8:35. I know they close at 9 but never at any tropical smoothie has the “kitchen closed” I feel as if it was a staffing issue or just employees wanting to leave early and not have to do closing stuff after closing. Not great business practices in my opinion, I would have tipped him very well because it’s closer to closing time. This is a nice clean and friendly establishment....it's in a shopping center with a lot of other things such as Walmart, Jersey Mike's, Chinese restaurant, liquor store etc. It's a one stop shop when you go to this particular store. Thank me later Grapefruits?
