“Stopped by this Taco Bell today and had one of the best drive-thru experiences I’ve had in a long time. It’s been a long day, and the woman working the drive-thru was genuinely so kind, warm, and friendly. It wasn’t just good customer service, she truly went above and beyond and completely turned my day around. I didn’t catch her name, but I hope management knows how lucky they are to have her. Sometimes a small act of kindness makes a much bigger impact than people realize, and she reminded me of that today.“
“Came across a wonderful sweet young lady Jen, she was very sweet and understanding of my confusing order when I ordered a very precise order due to my picky children. Received me in a very welcoming tone and had a nice chat about the weather. Love this team!“

“Love this Tbell but just came in to get a nacho bell grande and told them in the drive thru I only wanted beef cheese and beans on the nachos and when I get home there's sour cream and tomatoes on my nacho so then I drove back and told them my mistake and they gladly remade it but then I get back home and bite into my chicken quesodilla and they accidentally put Chipotle sauce in it instead of the normal creamy jalapeño sauce yall need to label or color code the sauce bottles cause I've gotten this mistake with my quesodilla multiple times“

“What can I say, it’s Taco Bell. Growing up, I lived in Bradenton Florida, and on Manatee Avenue. The Taco Bell had a real bell on the top of the building. Some of the kids from Manatee high school snuck on top of the building one night and stole the bell. It’s kind of a hometown legend. Of course there is no longer a bell there and they have converted to the modern day Taco Bell. The food is great but not great enough to give five stars so I’m giving it four stars. The service was actually wonderful. They made, something fresh to order because I was concerned about the texture that I sometimes get when I order this particular dish. The atmosphere is typical Taco Bell. You can feel comfortable, you can go in your pajamas, you can go in your prom dress, you can go in stripper clothes.what would we do without Taco Bell?“
“4 stars because this taco bell is pretty hit or miss. i don’t know her name, but it is currently 1 in the morning and the girl at the window gave the best customer service i’ve gotten from this location. she had lashes and i think red hair? idk but shout out to you queen“
“I had 2 chicken soft tacos. They were good but missing tomatoes and my husband had soft tacos and a quesadilla. He said they were good. He asked for mild and very hot sauce. We only got mild. We made do.
The vanilla orange and vanilla frozen drink were awesome.“
“I just moved and was not sure about the location, but there were other people in the drive thru so I gave it a shot. I have to say that was the best, moist, tastiest chicken I have had in a while. Because of the line I had to wait a little bit, but it was not bad, the cashier was friendly and efficient. And after tasting the food I see why there was a bit of a line.“
“I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to work night shifts. I have tried many other fast food joints in the area, specifically McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and Cookout. Each time I waited over 30 minutes in the drive through when they weren’t busy. This Taco Bell is the saving grace of the area! I shouldn’t be writing the review because I want to keep it that way, but it was fast! The staff was polite, the food was fresh and hot, and the order was accurate. You can’t ask for much more. “Came for lunch. I've never seen a kiosk in a fast food restaurant before. (Except wawa) I was attempting to order and figure out how to order. Kayla came over to help me with signing up for rewards. I had to scan the QR code with my phone. Kayla did everything for me. If anyone knows me I'm not technically savy. I don't even use my phone 95% of the time. Kayla was exceptional!!! Not only was she helpful, kind, and friendly she has the biggest and brightest smile! These days people like Kayla are few and far between! Thank you Kayla! You are by far an exceptional woman!“
“went in around 10:00pm staff was extremely helpful with kiosk and the manager was super friendly & helpful tacos were a little skimp with the meat but I asked for a remake and I didn’t receive any attitude or kickback from the manager anyia she made it with no problem!“

I keep forgetting and I’m kind of lazy. 🤷🏼♀ im so thankful that management changed since my first review because the food and service is definitely the best in the area. Yes, sometimes you wait a little longer but the food is made right the first time. Jeannette, Kenzie (I think that’s her name) and several of the other employees who know me but idk their names make coming here great. They’ve even made my food so good I got accused of paying extra for perfect looking food on the internet. 😅
Original: I love Taco Bell and have frequented many locations across this city, even so much so that the employees at some locations know me by name. I have tried to give this location many, many chances - probably a dozen over the past two months - but the service and wait time is TERRIBLE. Today I placed an online order for two items, a chicken quesadilla and a side of black beans and rice, which said it would be ready at 12:28pm. I went in around 12:35and at least 7 people were waiting on orders as well as a line of cars wrapped around the building. I stood there for about 2 minutes before leaving and emailed customer service to have my order cancelled. The time before this I ordered the quesadilla, rice, a Baja blast and a dip pack. I ordered and the app said it would be ready more than 30 minutes later at 6:52pm. I went in and the order hadn’t even been started, again with 5-7 people waiting on ordered that also hadn’t been started. Seeing as how I already wasted my entire lunch break, I requested the order to be cancelled and to get a refund as did more than half the people waiting after we waited roughly another 15 minutes for someone to process refunds.
I’m not waiting 1-2 hours for “fast food”. I fully understand being short staffed and food rushes but this has been a consistent problem for going on 6 months. You can’t use the drive through because once you are in line you can’t get out. Going inside is pointless. After today I am giving up going here. This used to be the best TB in the area. Now it is the worst. I may try coming here again in the future but it will be a long, long time from now.
Please consider doing and overall on this store because it’s costing you your loyal customers across the brand, not just this location.“
“This Taco Bell is on point.
The staff is always cool(super friendly woman working there today). They hooked up my order this time. The hard tacos were crispy and on point, didn’t realize they could be that good.
Seems less busy the past months after the lettuce outbreak the other month, though as a person with an immune disease who is vulnerable to that type of stuff, I figured after that Taco Bell of all the fast food joints would be doing the most to sterilize and run tests on their produce so after a week from the time of that news I have chosen Taco Bell intentionally. I feel kinda bad for em as most locations haven’t been as busy as I remember. Fine for me as a customer though I really hope this location can stay open(the beach McDonald’s and shore drive location already closed down in the past years, really nice to have a Taco Bell by the beach front, so I hope it stays open).
The previous time I was there my burrito was on point also, they make it right unlike some places I’ve been(the one I lived near in Colorado for awhile didn’t give af, was crazy, sauce would be on the exterior of them burrito wrappers lol, like beans and sauce on the outside of the paper at that one, ways a mess, and always out of ingredients. And I swear on my life the one by hilltop once gave me frozen beans in a burrito with ice crystals in it, no joke, though that was like 5-10 years ago, it’s been good lately). Always been good here though.
Anyway, great service and properly made, no complaints at all for this location. And thanks for hooking up my order today, yall the best.“
“I want to thank the staff of this Taco Bell for providing excellent service, a clean restaurant, and fresh food. The employees are always cheerful. I drive past multiple other locations to come to this specific Taco Bell after dozens of bad experiences at the TB near my home/work. It is my new go to and I wish the staff ran the one by where I work. I also wanted to note the faced and organized sauce packs! Great job!“
“Today at 3:10pm, I ordered a single beefy potato griller burrito and after the first few bites I was simply in awe. The way this burrito was prepared was nothing short of the best I've ever been served at taco bell. Their attitudes were all positive and I believe that was the biggest contribution as to why the beefy potato griller burrito was so delicious. Thank you Taco Bell at 5195 Shore Dr!“
