“Please stop throwing the hard tacos in bags to go, they become half unwrapped by time the hit bottom of bags. 6 hard tacos half spilled...every one. It's nothing major but it's obnoxious when you are asking for $15. I appreciate you not tilting the nacho bellgrande. Otherwise this spot is awesome.“

“Every single time I go to this Taco Bell I'm greeted warmly, and my meals are made correctly, with all customizations. There are very few times when they've forgotten an avocado sauce, missed a customization, or given me a soft taco instead of hard. Considering how often I go, this makes for an exceedingly small percentage of orders. This is the only fast food place where I don't check the bag.“

“We placed our order on line from the parking lot. We were the only customers when we went inside with 1 car in Drive thru so you would think the service and food would be great. WRONG. “Taco Bell keeps eliminating all their better food items and filling the menu with junk fast food. What a shame. This location at Volvo Pkwy and Kempsville Rd was cleaner than most and the food was prepared neatly, making it easier to eat in a car. Prices are as reasonable as any other fast food places.
Vegetarian options: They did offer a vegetarian burrito until recently, but they have removed it from the menu. It was good.“
“The restaurant was very clean, both inside and in the parking lot. The line to order food was slow moving and they were out of several of the options on the menu. The menu itself is really hard to read, at least the Taco Bell half, because it is covered by equipment. Our order was prepared correctly the first time. Overall the food and the staff are great, but the store layout and organization could use some help.“
