Food took almost 30 mins for 3 burritos and 1 quesadilla. One team member was on their phone and only way to order was the kiosk. Burritos were a mess in their wrappers. No service, poor quality, and long wait time. Willl skip this location next time.
Taco Bell’s policy to no longer give a customer a complementary cup of water is a poor demonstration of customer service It is long been established in any restaurant, including fast food that if a customer wants a cup of water, it is provided at no additional charge. I reject the shift to charge or try to provide a bottle of water at a price. That’s exactly what happened tonight and I was very disappointed.
