Service...is very slow inside. They told me to order using the kiosk then I sat there for 15 minutes waiting on the food. There were only three other customers in the store. The kitchen had one person, the drive thru had one person and one extra person took orders at some point. The manager seemed very abrasive to customers. The manager yelled names, threw food tray on counter and turned and walked away before customers even got to the counter.

Have currently waited in the drive thru for 40 min. It will probably be an hour by the time I get my food. Ordered on the app ahead of time so I don’t know how to cancel an order for a refund so that I could get out of this line and go somewhere else for lunch. Slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever seen.

Had a person drive off in drive through and a couple walk out in dine in. That is not good. My 5 kids and I came through the drive thru at about 10:30pm. We ordered about $60 worth of food. The worker was very nice but the general manager was there and was the most rude person I've encountered lately. She was loud and rude. When we got to the window, I realized that I had forgotten a drink and asked to order one for my son. The worker was nice but the GM was chiming nasty remarks in the background. When I asked the girl why her GM was being nasty, she quietly said that's just how she is. That's unacceptable and she needs to be fired.

Absolutely garbage (use to be good) ordered a Mexican pizza with no beans and two soft taco. Pizza had beans the bottom shell was super soggy and unbreakable, the top was completely stale. They asked me how many sauces which didn't matter because I got 0
