Customer service was awful! I am a senior. After figuring how to place order, went to counter, waited for someone to come. He asked "can I help you?" I was the only one standing there. I told him I was there to pick up my order. I stood there watching them prepare approximately 4 orders for drive ups. There were no cars there when I arrived. I recently stopped by the Taco Bell located near Battlefield Boulevard and Greentree Road in the heart of Chesapeake, to grab some lunch.The staff was friendly and the food was okay, it's Taco Bell, so nothing special here to report.
