Kelly is always so phenomenal with her customer service! She makes sure our food comes out right and recognizes us when we come through. Whatever you're paying her isn't enough she's WONDERFUL! I love coming to this location when she serves us, no one else gets our order perfect or quite compares to Kelly's service.

This "restaurant" is a nightmare. The staff was so slow and completely indifferent to making food orders I wonder how they stay open. Waited 30 minutes for my food, finally giving up when they still hadn't even started making it...manager was actually rude about it. Unbelievable.

As a taco bell... and most taco bells are pretty consistent in the quality of their food it was good. It's Taco Bell.

Customer service was awful! I am a senior. After figuring how to place order, went to counter, waited for someone to come. He asked "can I help you?" I was the only one standing there. I told him I was there to pick up my order. I stood there watching them prepare approximately 4 orders for drive ups. There were no cars there when I arrived. Maybe they had called ahead and those orders were before walkins. Finally my order came. I asked why it took so long? he said they were short of help; only one cashier. I saw two workers hanging out in the dining room on their cell phone and conversing with each other. Maybe they were off the clock, but the custmer does not know that. One of the two would go back when needed to work the window and collect my money. After I paid my bill, I asked about the senior discount. He asked did I announced that I was a senior before paying, of course I hadn't. I understand that but that was just one more thing to add to my frustration. You put everything else on your monitor, it's my suggestion to add that question; "are you a senior, yes or no?" Bottom line: Your restaurant lacks a bit professionalism.Parking: Adequate parking.
I recently stopped by the Taco Bell located near Battlefield Boulevard and Greentree Road in the heart of Chesapeake, to grab some lunch.The staff was friendly and the food was okay, it's Taco Bell, so nothing special here to report.
