Came inside to a quite place. It was busy in the back, but not so busy that I wasn't served.
One of the best customers service drive thur in the churchland area
This used to be the better Taco Bell versus Suffolk. It has greatly gone downhill not only do they not listen to you. They take forever at the drive-through. They don’t communicate seem like they don’t wanna be there at all and the food comes out so messy. I asked her packet of sauce. I got a bunch that were just stuck together by an open sauce basket, which was so gross and unsanitary. I just know I’m gonna get sick.

Recently, some customers have expressed a desire for the food quality to return to what it was 10 years ago, noting that the beef burritos used to be great, but now the filling is skimpy. The guacamole sauce has also received criticism for being too watery. Additionally, some customers are not comfortable with ordering on the computer and would rather speak to someone directly. Despite these concerns, many still enjoy Taco Bell and appreciate the tasty options available, including the blue icy drink.
