The food was hot just like i like it. A Lil salty but good & hot
The counter staff were pleasant, however the overall restaurant was unkempt, disheveled and Not appetizing at all. Chairs everywhere, dining area filthy, and ordering was a chore when they wants me to wait 24 minutes on crispy chicken I had already waited 15 minutes for. I understand getting busy, but there seems to be a lack of customer service training and understanding. Do better, Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Rude and unprofessional! Can tell everyone there is a lifetime fast food worker! Attempted to order drive thru so rude I left! Was never greeted - I finally said hello after 10 minutes- I mentioned TO THE PERSON IN MY CAR if I could get out of line without messing up my car - person comes on the speaker and announces that would not be smart - mind you noone ever greet me, never sad please give us a minute- NOTHING, but can come on to make sarcastic comments!
