I don’t even know where to begin with how terrible this KFC is. First and foremost, the food is absolutely unsanitary. I literally watched a woman scraping the old food off of the edges of the silver containers that had crusted up back into the food. She was serving customers. I was waiting for an order and making direct eye contact with this lady as she scraping the crusty old cheese from the macaroni and cheese container back into the macaroni and cheese and has the audacity when she’s finished to scoop a serving out to give to a customer. Before that even happened I was just looking around at the filth and to be honest with you. I normally go through the drive-through so I had no idea what I was eating out of but now that I’ve been inside and I’ve seen the conditions I will absolutely never ever in my life eat here again and anyone who tells me that they think about eating there I will let them know, that is not the place they need to go. On top of that the employees are well below average on their customer service skills. They are rude and dismissive and act like they are so tired and worn out that they don’t have time to deal with you. I don’t know what they’re tired from because it ain’t cleaning and it definitely ain’t from making fresh food.

I ordered the #6 combo, which is the potpie and a medium-sized drink. I was told that there was a twenty minute wait. I don't think I waited twenty minutes it was more like 12 or 13 minutes. My potpie seemed like it should have cooked a bit more, but it was okay.

I deliver with Uber Eats and received an order for this location. I arrived about 40 minutes before their closing time. The lights for the drive through were on but no one answered. I drove to the window and it sounds like a party was going on. I was unable to see anyone and when I finally did, they seemed annoyed that I was as there. He informed that they didn't have any of the items and I would just have to cancel the order. This out me out of my way and I lost the $22 order. The attitude was that is they did not want to bother.

I had a horrible experience. I ordered original chicken meal. The dark meat was ridiculously greasy. SO BAD THAT GREASE LITERALLY Dripped on my work pants while I attempted to take a bite. I now have a HUGE GREASE STAIN. NOT only that went inside the store,it took over 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge or even take my order. Than I go to get my drink,there is no ice. Overall a horrible experience. KFC has to do better!!
