Person taking order screwed up the order and left some things out and seemed to be rushing me a bit, then there was no greeting or have a nice day or is your order correct on the screen or anything which OK whatever then my order isn't right. Ordered online. Waited 15 minutes in the store for pick up. Was told they were waiting on potatoes. After 10 pre minutes the manager told me they were out of beans and my worker couldn’t be made. Was told a refund couldn’t be issued until I call a customer service number. I am still on hold at the now 18 minute mark. So no food, and no refund. cheesy gordita crunch Supreme was missing sour cream and tomatoes that I paid extra for.The spicy potato soft taco had no sauce. Just potato, cheese, and lettuce. The chicken crispon was supposed to come with sour cream instead of spicy ranch, but that was missing.
