Love this Tbell but just came in to get a nacho bell grande and told them in the drive thru I only wanted beef cheese and beans on the nachos and when I get home there's sour cream and tomatoes on my nacho so then I drove back and told them my mistake and they gladly remade it but then I get back home and bite into my chicken quesodilla and they accidentally put Chipotle sauce in it instead of the normal creamy jalapeño sauce yall need to label or color code the sauce bottles...read full review
Door Dash order. Exactly as ordered and sauce packets were included. Food was hot and prepared satisfactorily.
As a lifelong Taco Bell patron, I can honestly say I dread going to this location. The food comes out slow. The prep area always looks a mess. The staff that appeared to be off shift, hung out in the dining area and kept distracting the serving staff. The tables and dining area always needs attention and the condiment bar is messy and needs stocking. If it wasn't such an inconvenience to drive to another location I'd never go back.

Taco Bell is a hit-or-miss experience. While most of the time the food is good and fresh, there have been instances of orders being incomplete or poorly prepared, like the chicken quesadilla being skimpy on the filling. The night crew is excellent, but some shifts may lack supervision, leading to slower service and subpar food. The service was incredible and the manager got everyone their orders with respect and professionalism. Despite issues with the app being very frustrating, many customers keep coming back.
